We are seeking a talented and experienced Team Architect to join our product development team.

As a Team Architect, you will play a crucial role in guiding the technical direction and ensuring the architectural integrity of our software solutions.

You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including developers, a Product Owner, a Scrum Master, and a QA Engineer, to deliver innovative and robust software products.

Essential Functions:

Collaborate with the Product Owner to understand product requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architectural designs.
Lead the analysis, design, and implementation efforts within the product team, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural principles.
Provide senior guidance and mentorship to frontend and backend developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Drive architectural decisions and ensure alignment with the overall technical strategy of the company.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability.
Work closely with the QA Engineer to establish testing strategies, including test automation and validation processes.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.

Minimum requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
5+ years of experience as a software architect or technical lead in a Scrum/Agile environment. Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
Solid understanding of software design principles, architectural patterns, and development best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
Experience with database technologies, particularly Postgres. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools, preferably GitHub.
Experience with Kubernetes and cloud native development, preferably on AWS. Demonstrated leadership abilities and a track record of successfully leading technical initiatives and driving results.
Passion for innovation and continuous learning, with a proactive approach to staying abreast of advancements in technology.
