Job Summary:


We are looking for a professional, who will be part of a highly skilled and professional team of project managers that strongly contributes to the overall successful management of multidiscipline teams.

The level and the nature of the interactions can vary according to the stakeholders and their level of influence, as defined in the project communication plan


Project Stakeholders include:
The project sponsor, customers, users, sellers, business partners, functional managers and business unit responsible.
This position will report to the France and Benelux PMO Team Leader.
This position can be located in the Netherlands, in Utrecht, or in Belgium, in Groot Bijgaarden.


What you will do:


  • Manage a portfolio of Key Component implementation projects on customer sites (separators, homogenizers, Ice cream, etc ) and other projects covering various scopes within Tetra Pak portfolio (processing and packaging).
  • Overall responsibility for project execution and providing project leadership to deliver project results (Delivery ontime; on budget, with a quality system, and achieve customer satisfaction.)
  • Secure project deliverables according to the project agreement (the contract) and act according to responsibilities of the project charter
  • Breakdown and plan the project into phases and fulfil the plan and project milestones in time and in full according to budget
  • Drive productivity in projects through the utilization of global reuseable solutions, processes and tools including quality, project governance, and risk management
  • Manage scope changes and issue variation orders
  • Secure project communication and documentation according to project communication plan
  • Provide lesson learned and providing input to improvement or development of processes and tools
  • Provide sales support by giving technical and/or commercial presentation;
  • Provide issue management and claim resolution related to projects;
  • Manage project team and provide feedback to Senior Management on team member performance;
  • Participate in project review meetings;
  • Continuous education in Project Management with the expectation to obtain PMP certification;

We believe you have:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Food Science preferred
  • Technical, engineering background or Project Management experience
  • Proven experience in the food industry, sanitary facilities, dairy, powdered milk
  • Demonstrable leadership skills and communication skills
  • Negotiations skills and capability to maneuver through political and cultural situations effectively
  • Microsoft Office; Microsoft Project; SAP; Basic AutoCAD Skills
  • Experience with budgeting, fiscal management and project planning
  • Very good command of the written and spoken English language
  • Business fluency in Dutch and French
  • Good Managerial skills
  • Ability to manage projects autonomously.
  • Good awareness of customer needs
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Good analytical and communication skills
  • Willing to travel (Up to 50% in Benelux and France area)
