Located in the heart of the Sonian Forest, at the intersection of Wallonia, Flanders and Brussels, the Dolce by Wyndham La Hulpe Brussels offers many possibilities for team members, friends or families to meet in contact with nature in optimal conditions of safety and comfort to stimulate exchange and inspiration.


The 4* hotel includes a 1,000m2 restaurant and 264 rooms and suites with a contemporary décor and unique soothing views of the Sonian Forest.

Sporting and recreational activities are also offered on site (indoor swimming pool with terrace, sauna, hammam, Cinq Mondes Spa, outdoor tennis courts, health trail in the forest...) as well as in the nearby surroundings (walking, cycling or electric scooter to the Solvay Park, the Folon Foundation or Waterloo.)


The 4500 m2 conference centre is divided into 40 seminar rooms ranging from 40 to 750 m2, including 2 auditoriums (150 and 500 seats).

Each room has a high-performance ventilation system and is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, allowing hybrid meetings to be organised. The many large outdoor spaces increase the possibilities.


SUMMARY:

Assist in the employee's management and recruitment. Assists in the realization of administrative tasks and practical organization. Establish training management and coordinates its implementation.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Staff planning:


Helps to solve staff problems:
monitors compliance with social and labor legislation and listens.

  • Responsible for the management of trainees.

Training:


  • Composes training programs ; designs programs or brings in external people.
  • Organize and coordinates delivery; plans practical implementation; sends invitations and administers them.
  • Monitors the market offer in terms of training; takes part in professional meetings.
  • Maintains contacts with training institutions or teachers.
  • Supervises department heads and training participants.
  • Evaluates the results of training activities; reports to the manager, ensures followup and evaluation.

Administration:


  • Maintains staff files.
  • Assist in payroll procedures (balances, reporting,...).
  • Assisting in the implementation of Wyndham projects (Scorecard, Wyncom,...).
  • Helping with the encoding in the SAM.
  • Assisting in the management of AXA hospital insurance.
  • Ensures the wellbeing of the staff (organize medical visits or risk analyses).
  • Follow up on events such as birthdays, anniversaries, births and weddings.
  • Assisting the HRD in her daily tasks and supporting her in her projects.
  • Assisting in all aspects of associate benefits.
  • Be involved in the development, organization and running of activities that bring staff together and enhance human relations such as staff parties.
  • Take part in other tasks assigned by the HRD and GM.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

Requires thorough knowledge of a specialized or technical field. May compile objective and measurable data and produce reports. May require operating knowledge of manufacturing or computer equipment, or may require broad knowledge in clerical or service areas.

EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATION & EDUCATION:


This position requires a minimum formal education of a high school diploma and a minimum of one year job-related experience.
