After the launch, your role will evolve into three key areas. Firstly, you'll continue to support artisans as their dedicated digital expert, addressing any queries or concerns they may have. Secondly, you'll serve as their digital mentor, demonstrating how to optimize our services for their specific needs. Lastly, you'll gather feedback from clients, translate it into technical requirements, and present proposals to the management team for service enhancements.
