ORGANIZATION:

YOUR ROLE:


  • You are responsible for the architecture of the learning management system (LMS) and SAP SuccessFactors in maintenance and processes.
  • You work out and test the LMS configuration(s) for new training paths; you will provide guidance and advice on potential (new) LMS features and test these.
  • You work out new and more straightforward LMS configurations for the complex training paths and liaise with the reporting specialist to ensure the new configurations fit the reporting requirements.
  • You support resolving technical user issues that might arise in the LMS.
  • You create and update the documentation based on the above activities (Work Instructions and Quick Reference Guides).
  • You liaise with all organizational stakeholders to transfer your knowledge about new and yet unused LMS features that might be of value.

YOUR PROFILE:


  • You have experience configuring and using the LMS SAP SuccessFactors as an administrator (knowledge of Items, Curriculum, Programs, Assignment Profiles, Exams,and the logic behind it). Being certified in LMS SAP SuccessFactors (Learning) is a plus.
  • You have an eye for good documentation and can write and explain qualitative guidelines and instructions.
  • You are organized and manage your priorities effectively.
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
