We are currently looking for an IT Workplace/Desktop Engineer to support one of our main clients in Louvain-La-Neuve. In this role, you will play a key part in the evolution and management of the workstation environment. Our client primarily uses Microsoft technologies and is implementing Office 365 across its various locations.

Requirements:
Join our Global IT support team and take ownership of desktop configurations while contributing to IT environment readiness. Work closely with system administrators, providing second-level support and maintaining detailed documentation. Collaborate with colleagues globally and stay updated on emerging technologies.
Reporting to the Head of IT Operations, you will act as a point of contact for second-level desktop support inquiries and assist in engineering innovative solutions for end users. Keep office files up to date, manage incident tickets, and provide valuable input for business improvements.
