**EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

Essential Qualifications/Experience:

At least 10 years of experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Hyperion Planning & Budgeting
Functional experience with Oracle Financial Data Management (FDMEE)
Knowledge of Administrating Hyperion Essbase
Minimum 3 years of experience in KPI Performance management
Prime focus on customer and end user satisfaction
Ability to analyse and review incidents and change requests, and recommend and implement changes to the business processes and functional system setup

Basic understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite General Ledger

Desirable Qualifications/Experience:French speaking skills
DUTIES/ROLE

Under the guidance and supervision of the NATO Service Manager, the selected service provider will be responsible for the execution of the tasks as described below
The consultants will support existing system implementations as follows:
Resolve functional and technical incidents and service requests as reported;
Implement system changes and patches as approved, to include all required activities (analysis, development, testing, documentation, deployment etc.)
Provide knowledge transfer to staff of the Organization
Any other related duties as required and assigned
