About our role:

Our client is a governmental organization looking for a talented and passionate individual to join their team as a programme manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for pushing a big technology transformation project in the final phase to the end.

What you will be doing:

Providing leadership and direction to the programme team to ensure they have the support and resources they need to be successful

Develop and implement a programme plan that defines the goals, deliverables, resources, schedule, and budget for the programme

Managing the day-to-day activities of the programme, including coordinating the work of team members and external stakeholders, tracking progress, and identifying and addressing issues and risks

Communicating with stakeholders, including users, team members and senior management, to keep them informed of the programme's progress and obtain their input and feedback

Developing and maintaining relationships with external partners and suppliers to support the programme

Identifying and evaluating possible improvements to the programme and implementing changes where necessary

What you bring:

At least 10 years of solid experience in a similar role

Past experience as a programme manager / project manager in public sector is nice to have

You have excellent leadership skills and you're at your best when leading a team

Strong problem-solving and flexibility skills are needed in this job

Strong communication skills (written and oral) in Dutch, French and English

The offer:

Contractor collaboration. 6-12 months mission with possibilities on extensions
