    TotalEnergies Marketing Belgium is voor haar IT afdeling op naar een:

    Business Expert SAP (m/v/x)

    Je werkt in een team van 8 experts waar je rechtstreeks rapporteert aan de Benelux IT & Purchasing Director. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het begrijpen van processen, het analyseren van gebruikersbehoeften, het ontwerpen van oplossingen en het coördineren van de ontwikkeling en implementatie ervan. Als Business Application Expert geef jeadvies, ondersteuning, informatie en training aan de business.

    Voor deze functie zijn we op zoek naar iemand die voornamelijk de afdelingen Charging Solutions zal ondersteunen. Je werkt zowel autonoom als in teamverband, met veelvuldig contact met interne en externe partners (DSI/TGITS/...).


    ACTIVITEITEN

  • In voortdurend overleg met de business, analyseer, documenteer en vertaal je gebruikersbehoeften naar functionele ontwerpen.
  • Je identificeert proactief moeilijkheden, risico's en onzekerheden met betrekking tot de uiteindelijke implementatie en uitrol van de oplossing.
  • Je bewaakt de planning, voortgang en verwachte resultaten en stuurt waar nodig bij.
  • Je controleert testresultaten en biedt ondersteuning bij het uitvoeren van acceptatietests om de kwaliteit van de ontwikkelde applicaties of projecten te testen.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor eindgebruikers (niveau 1 problemen).

  • Bijdragen aan de professionaliteit van de afdeling (expertise, methoden, procedures)
  • Methodologische benadering van probleemoplossing
  • Beheren van het SAP Competence Center domein binnen een veranderende scope
  • Ervoor zorgen dat de gebruikte informatiesystemen, hun documentatie en het niveau van de gebruikerstraining geschikt zijn.

  • Hoger onderwijs met focus op IT of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Kennis van SAP.
  • Talenkennis: drietalig Frans, Nederlands, Engels.
  • Geduldig en stressbestendig.
  • Vastberaden om een oplossing te vinden
  • Neemt initiatief, beheert prioriteiten en is goed georganiseerd
  • Teamplayer, maar in staat om zelfstandig te werken.
  • In staat om de verschillende deelnemers aan het project te motiveren
