Ariad consultants are specialized in digital marketing, e-commerce, digital communication, digital analytics, marketing automation, digital product design and digital transformation.

About our role:

Our client is a big player in the looking for a talented and passionate individual to join their team as a Senior UX design expert.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer experience through the design and optimization of their digital customer journeys and user interfaces.

What you will be doing:

Your main responsibility will be to collaborate with stakeholders to define and ultimately develop the best prototypes and user flows.

Approximately 40 percent of your time will go to user research - pinpointing the needs and frustrations of your user.

The rest of the time will go to conceptualising these findings, and paving the way for great user interfaces.

You will coach junior designers.

You'll work in close collaboration with UI Designers and analysts.

What you bring:

Ambition to further develop your career in UX field.

5 years of solid experience in a similar role.

Past experience in telecom industry is nice to have but not a must.

You're at your best when you can collaborate with others and create the best customer experience for a big group of users.

Your strengths are understanding the users, creating great user interfaces and ultimately great user experiences.

Working experience with tools such as Figma is key.

Strong stakeholder management skills are needed in this job.

Strong communication skills (written and oral) in English AND Dutch or French.
