About our role:

Our client, a Belgian company in the gaming industry, is looking for a talented and passionate individual to join their team as a Digital Marketeer.

In this role, you will be responsible for the first part of a player's life cycle, called "Onboarding", from the first stages of registration on the platform to the very first activities and the very first moments of play, plus the Business KPIs that result from all that.

What you will be doing:

Your main responsibility will be the first part of the company's digital player lifecycle, namely from recruitment to the very first activation moments, working closely with the performance campaigns, with the team that takes care of publishing on the platform, with the other digital teams, and with our partner agencies.

You contribute to the Demand team's annual tactical plan, specifically for the "Onboarding" section.

You define and monitor the KPIs of the digital Business activity for the "Onboarding" section.

You carry out the daily operations of the Demand team on the digital platform of the company specifically for the "Onboarding" section, and this in close collaboration with the members of the team that ensures the publication of the content.

You will contribute to the definition and implementation of the "Player Lifecycle Framework", more specifically for the "Onboarding" section, and this with the support of the different Stakeholders of the project.

What you bring:

Solid experience in digital marketing, especially in an e-commerce context. A reference at an E-commerce Pure Player means an undeniable asset.

A relevant and at the same time critical view on digital development, especially concerning e-commerce.

In-depth UI/UX knowledge

You excel through your strong analytical ability, and you have the finest nose for user data and for Business Intelligence models, enabling you to make clear and informed decisions.

You have a good understanding of digital paid media and their conversion mechanisms.

Strong communication skills (written and oral) in Dutch and French, English is a plus.
