For our HR Team in HQ, we are currently looking for a motivated HR officer. If you are passionate about HR and want the opportunity to take the initiative, then this job is definitely for youWhat you will do
You provide excellent HR admin support in the whole employee life cycle (contract administration, onboarding, single permit, time registration, etc.)
You have a great interest in HR systems, keeping them up to date, and playing a key role in optimizing and increasing customer satisfaction
You are involved in various HRrelated projects
You provide operational and administrative support to your colleagues and the HR Business Partners
You have various tasks in which you help support the daytoday HR activities
You support in the implementation of HRrelated policies
Followup and optimization of benefits (bicycle lease, mobile phones, etc.)
Advise management and employees on the interpretation of policies, guidelines, and procedures
You are the backup for your colleague regarding work accidents and insurances (group insurance and hospitalization insurance)
