Part of an Inside Sales team for a portfolio of prestigious customers, you will have all the tools, information and resources available to do your role as an Inside Sales Support - Solutions and to be successful.


What You'll Do


We are excited to add a new opportunity for an Inside Sales Support - Solutions to join our dynamic Inside Sales Team.

You will be preparing customers' requests and will interact as a Single point of contact with Solution Sales, Account Managers, Internal sales colleagues, vendors and customers.

As part of your role, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling enquiry and correspondence with customers
  • Liaise with various suppliers and maintain good relationship
  • Work autonomous within the team and take ownership

What You'll Need

  • Solid experience in an administrative role or a similar Inside Sales role
  • Previous experience in a technology/IT environment is an advantage but not a must
  • A commercial attitude with a resultoriented focus
  • You have a professional & collaborative attitude and are detailoriented
  • Good knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Proven experience of high customer service and able to work under pressure
  • You are proactive, willing to learn, handson and a strong team player
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Dutch and French
