- Establish solid project governance including Commitment Control, Launch, and Project Reviews for clear project status visibility (cost, schedule, risks).
- Take functional accountability for successful project delivery to the CBU Business and Operations Management.
- Drive strategic capability planning for Program Management to meet present and future needs.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to enhance team confidence and talent within the project management community.
- Evaluate project delivery strategies and lead risk assessment and mitigation efforts.
- Ensure adherence to Group processes, policies, and standards within the project team.
- Continuously improve local processes aligning with Group policies and industry best practices.
- Civil or industrial engineering, Business School Master's Degree, MBA, or equivalent.
- Trilingual: French / Dutch / English.
- Experience leading critical programs in complex environments, including Contract and Change Management.
- Desirable: Experience in hardware and software development projects for the Defence sector.
- Preferred knowledge in program management methodologies (IPMA certification, Prince II, or PMI).
- Proficiency in MS Office, Project, SharePoint.
- Strong leadership skills to drive improvement in a complex environment.
- Effective stakeholder management internally and externally.
- Proven track record in coaching and developing managers and leaders.
- Ability to work autonomously under stress, with flexibility and versatility.
- Interdisciplinary and creative approach with a commitment to project completion.
