Jouw functie
Je maakt deel uit van het Commercial team. In functie van je ervaringsniveau werk je zelfstandig of in nauwe samenwerking met een senior medewerker en/of partner van het kantoor. Je adviseert onze cliënten in uiteenlopende domeinen van het ondernemingsrecht en je staat hen bij in geschillen voor de rechtbank.
Jouw competenties
Je beschikt over een diploma Master in de Rechten. Bij voorkeur zoeken we iemand met 4 à 5 jaar ervaring als advocaat in het ondernemingsrecht.
Je moedertaal is Nederlands en je hebt daarnaast een zeer goede kennis van het Frans en het Engels.
Je hebt een gedreven persoonlijkheid met een praktische en proactieve ingesteldheid, hetgeen tot uiting komt in de kwaliteit van je werk en een vlotte schrijfstijl. Je kan zelfstandig werken en functioneert eveneens in een team dankzij jouw uitstekende communicatievaardigheden en je engagement.
Je houdt van structuur en respecteert deadlines.
