Football is in my nature and I am very strong in communication. In addition, I am social, I can easily work with people and adapt to the situation. When I start something I work on it with great enthusiasm. I think it is important that within a club people start to see me as an example and therefore often unconsciously assume an exemplary function. With regard to my working method, I have a certain vision, success is only achieved by working hard and going to work with a smile. That is why I work with plans and in a structured way. I am a go-getter, very flexible and innovative. I am both a team player and the one who takes the lead within the team. I make informed decisions and don't like when agreements are not kept. I make sure I set the right example and take the right steps so that others follow suit. If things go wrong, I take responsibility at all times and make sure to correct my mistakes. Can respond well to different situations. Because of my background and education, i can assure you that I have sufficient knowledge and skills. Thanks to my ambition, I will always be eager to learn and proactively looking for more knowledge and skills. I have a real winner mentality.
