Currently in the process of a professional reorientation towards the field of IT, I am completing a 13-month qualifying course at COFTeN. As part of this, I am actively seeking employment as a PC/Network Technician. 
My current training as a PC/Network Support Technician at COFTeN has allowed me to acquire solid skills in user support, IT troubleshooting, as well as a good foundation in network management. My previous experience in various environments, particularly as a Sports Coach and Assistant Logistics Manager, has taught me proactivity, stress management, and teamwork.

I am a motivated professional transitioning into the field of PC and network support, with solid experience in user assistance, primarily gained in the banking sector.

I possess strong skills in:

- System configuration and repair
- Network administration

In my role as a Support Engineer at Adtkana Brussel (March 2019 to April 2022), I gained expertise in:
- Managing Office 365
- Handling VPNs and Active Directory
- Utilizing ticketing systems like Jira

Additionally, my previous roles as a Personal Trainer at Aspria Brussels (2015-2018) and Basicfit Brussels (2011-2014) have equipped me with:

PC/Network Support Technician Qualification

I have successfully completed a professional qualification as a PC/Network Support Technician at COFTeN, certified from May 15, 2023, to April 19, 2024. This training provided me with comprehensive skills in assembling, configuring, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting PCs and peripherals. I gained hands-on experience in deploying and supporting Windows systems, installing and configuring various software, managing user accounts, and network troubleshooting, including peer-to-peer LAN networks and domain configurations.

Additionally, I acquired essential knowledge in network management, virtualization (OS, VoIP basics), and user support (helpdesk), along with proficiency in both Dutch (A2) and English (B1+) for communication in a professional environment. The training also covered key aspects such as hardware culture, operating systems, security, and various pedagogical workshops, amounting to over 1010 hours of practical learning.

This qualification has equipped me with a solid foundation to work as a PC/Network Technician, ready to provide efficient support and technical solutions in IT environment.
