I completed my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in 2020 at the University of Holy Spirit of Kaslik (USEK) in Lebanon, where I gained a solid foundation in various aspects of business management, including finance, marketing, operations, and human resources. During my studies, I consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for learning and applying business concepts.

To further enhance my knowledge and skills in the field, I pursued a Master's degree in Management Sciences, which I completed in 2023 at ICHEC Brussels Management School. This program allowed me to research deeper into strategic management, leadership, and organizational behavior, providing me with a comprehensive understanding of how to effectively manage complex business challenges in today's dynamic environment.

In addition to my academic achievements, I have gained valuable practical experience through my internships and professional roles. As an intern from 2017 to 2020, I had the opportunity to work with diverse teams and contribute to various projects. This experience not only honed my communication and teamwork abilities but also exposed me to different aspects of business operations and decision-making.

Subsequently, I served as a Project Coordinator from 2020 to 2022, where I successfully managed multiple projects simultaneously. This role required me to oversee project timelines, allocate resources efficiently, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. I thrived in this fast-paced environment and developed strong problem-solving skills, ensuring that projects were completed on time and within budget. I managed multiple aspects of running several SAP projects. I worked closely with the project manager to develop project schedules, ensure team members had the resources they needed to complete the tasks, and coordinate communication with stakeholders on project updates. One of the projects that I am particularly proud of is the barcode system project where we integrated barcode readers with SAP and started the use of barcodes throughout all processes in the company. As a complex project that involved multiple stakeholders, it was important to be mindful of the details and listen continuously to feedback from end users. My effort to coordinate an early feedback system in a trial period led to the discovery of several bugs that we fixed for the launch. We were able to reduce wrong data selection by 100% and boost user productivity.
