With over 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, I am an accomplished Injectables Projects Production Manager, currently leading insulin projects at Sanofi. I have a strong background in the valorization and industrial production of various forms of sterile pharmaceuticals, with a focus on injectables. My experience encompasses all aspects of production, from planning and project realization to industrial production and facility upgrades. I have successfully developed and implemented production processes in compliance with European GMP and ISO 9001 standards.I am highly skilled in lean management principles, continuously seeking opportunities to optimize production efficiency and reduce waste. In my current role as Injectable Projects Production Manager at Sanofi, I lead the Tech-Transfer of Insulin product and ensure the expertise of aseptic processes of sterile injectable products. My main responsibilities include the acquisition and upgrading of process equipment, the validation of processes, the cleaning validation, and the implementation of quality systems. I am in charge of the production process aspects of sterile injectable projects in interface with end users and the group's teams of technology transfer experts. I also participate in the definition and execution of the Training Concept of sterile injectable projects and coordinate and participate in qualification and development activities for production premises associated with sterile projects. Additionally, I participate in the preparation of visits to ensure approval from health authorities and define the validation strategy with all the stakeholders, prepare the prerequisites and execute the validation batches on time.
