Douwe English

Having received both my Bachelor's degree in Dutch Law with a specialisation in European and International Law from Rijksuniversiteit Groningen and my Master's degree in European Law from Maastricht University, I cannot wait to begin my professional legal career. I currently still live in Friesland, the Netherlands, but I very much would like to find a position in Brussels relating to European Law. My English and Dutch are fluent, both verbally and written and I want to learn French.

As of yet, my professional experience in law is very limited. However, I am currently an unpaid student fellow at the Institute for Transnational Legal Research at Maastricht University where I do research for Professor Michael Faure.

I have a Master of Laws in European Law from Maastricht University and a Bachelor of Laws in Dutch Law from Rijksuniversiteit Groningen.
