Currently working as a senior recruiter for Volt International, looking for a radical change in my
career path and pursuing a more practical approach in my profession.

Growing up in a multilingual environment at the European School of Brussels, languages have
become a true passion of mine. Completing an international diploma in addition to obtaining a
Austrian university degree in social and healthcare management made me realize that I wanted to
work with people.

I am very passionate about coaching and teaching young and dynamic students as the daily social interaction with is something crucial in my life. 

Currently pursuing a career in recruitment but quickly came to realization that the human
aspect lacks compassion and true social exchange in the industry. While working as a ski instructor
for many years, I developed skills in teaching, coaching, compassion and especially patience when it
comes to each individual. Every person learns in different ways and it is key for a teacher to
understand and develop each learning point and method required.
I believe that together with my professional experiences in impact investing, business development
and language in combination with my teaching experience I can bring great added value to your
school. I am young dynamic, passionate about social exchange and eager to improve the lives of
others.

I completed a university degree in Social & Healthcare Management at the top management school in Austria. We learned to manage teams across businesses to help each individual thrive in their work. Main skills acquired were coaching, presenting and creating a working environment where creativity and innovation is promoted to its fullest. 

During my European baccalaureate, I successfully completed German, English, French and a special course in advanced English literature and language. Therefore, I am trilingual on native level.
