For a multinational client in Hasselt, we are looking for a motivated Customer Service Officer who speaks English and German.

The company operates a multicultural and multilingual support platform dedicated to assisting customers with their broken-down vehicles or lorries promptly.

Joining our team means working closely within a small, supportive group led by a team lead and backed by helpful colleagues.

Responsabilities:

Collecting information and verifying data accuracy and completeness.
Providing technical support and coordinating with workshops.
Keeping customers and all involved parties updated.
Monitoring and overseeing agreements with all parties.
Following up on contractrelated issues within specified deadlines.

Vaardigheden & kennis

Knowledge and experience:

Language: Proficient in German and English, other languages are a plus
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with automotive and tire industry is advantageous
No specific experience necessary
Effective verbal communication over the phone
Analytical and problemsolving abilities
Customerfocused and resultsoriented
Demonstrates accuracy and high work standards
Ability to multitask and remain resilient under stress

What do we offer you?

Your schedule will include working on Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, as well as one weekday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
Meal vouchers: €7 per day.
Salary of €2700 and a bonus of €1.39/hour in your nightshifts.
After a successful agency period, you will receive a permanent contract.
When you obtain a permanent contract, you'll receive a raise of salary. This wil be €100 bruto and you can enjoy a group insurance and hospitalization insurance.
