We are looking for our next Replanishment Planner

PURPOSE OF POSITION

  • Reporting to the Global Logistics organization you are responsible to secure the replenishment flows of finish goods in the DC DC network of Mölnlycke as well as securing infeed from external partners are executed. Secure information on Purchase orders as we well as stock transfers is correct and updated in SAP.
  • Work and align with Global Supply Chain Planning on the global availability to secure accurate information and service.
  • Work with Large order handling process (LOH) and together with GCC judge within given boundaries to process or delay customer orders considering global product availability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, execute and follow up DC to DC replenishment flow. Ensure execution of plan in order to give stakeholder reliable input to planning steps (not only from a planning perspective but also from a logistic execution standpoint including PO processing, adjustment, cleaning, OBD and shipment creation as well as truck/container booking and IBD date management)
  • Make sure that planning and physical loading / receipt are done in an efficient way (e

g:
volume consolidation and homogeneous pallets in order to ensure an efficient storage level and keep handling costs as low as possible)

  • Lead and organize stock build in case of new projects such as a new DC launch
  • Support control tower in case of new transport flows related to DC-DC replenishment
  • Implement direct flows from factories together with SCP in order to ensure an efficient logistic setup
  • Analyze how goods are replenished from other DCs and factories in order to improve handling and storage processes where need be
  • Support any new system implementation such as Rapid Response and ensure a proper training of the replenishment coordinator team
  • Follow up delivery performance and solve issues and initiate root cause and problemsolving analysis with partners e.g. with transporters, Logistics to improve
  • Verify receiptsAuditing delivery dates and closing loop of posting. Accounting issuesAssisting when mismatches of invoice and goods receipt
  • Based on input and rules given from SC planning maintain master data relevant for replenishment flow. Secure accuracy of Master data e.g. lead times. Inform Supply chain in case of significant and permanent changes
  • Support Supply Planning in scenario creation and assessment to improve supply situation e.g. different Mode of Transport or alternative sources
  • Work on LOH and assess impact of unexpected large orders on the demand at risk in entire network

Decisions taken solely:

  • In DCtoDC flows optimization of loads within given boundaries
  • Judge and confirm LOH within given boundaries from SC planning

Decisions taken jointly:
- prioritisation of products replenished between DCs in case of significant shortage. Guidance given by Supply chain

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Logistics or related field of study from an accredited college/university is required (or 2+ years of experience in lieu of degree).
  • 2 + years related experience and knowledge of consumer product logistics, intercompany stock transfers, forecasting and inventory planning.
  • Knowledge of operations management, general business administration, and inventory control procedures.
  • SAP and Rapid Response experience highly desired.

ANY OTHER INFORMATION

  • Minimal travel up to 10% required
  • Primary assignment is a normal office environment. May occasionally be required to enter the warehouse / distribution environment.
  • To be EMEA warehousing coordinator's deputy when need be
