As part of the development of our activities,
we are looking for a SCRUM MASTER to reinforce our teams in Brussels or Luxembourg.

You will be responsible for all the communication and collaboration between leadership and team players to ensure a successful outcome.

This function in the management of information systems requires a strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies, a good coordination of the actors in a project and a strong empathize to understand and manage the team.

Leading daily standup meetings, reviews, demos, and other projectrelated meetings;
Coaching the team on Scrum principles and its best practices;
Supporting team members in their tasks;
Facilitating open discussion and conflict resolution;
Proactively identify and resolve issues;
Updating activities in a project management tracking tool.
