COMPANY PROFILE:
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Represent the analysis and validation (A&V) in the LSB platform
- Create and manage the integrated validation plan (IVP) by integrating virtual, connectivity, PS&T, physical and in field validation
- Take ownership of the vehicle planning for both on site as in field activity
- Validation signoff on release
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To be one of the key members from the platform team
- To be involved in projects from idea generation until final OK to ship and playing a crucial role during the process
- To expand your professional network beyond product development
YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Organizational skills with the ability to indirectly guide teams
- Technical qualification in electromechanical engineering or similar
- Strong communication skills
- Related functional product & Ag knowledge.
- Willing for field travel (20%) during the season to participate in validation activities and increase your product knowledge
- Having a customer focused mindset
