- Manage Training Manager & instructors, ensuring adequate staffing levels and addressing performance issues promptly.
- Supervise ground school and flight simulation training to ensure compliance with ATO regulations and maintain high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with Deputy Head of Training and CFI to address training discrepancies and implement necessary revisions.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and training department, addressing feedback and assisting with client needs.
- Act on behalf of Deputy Head of Training when required, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to established guidelines.
