- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling en uitbouw van je eigen klantenbestand in de regio. Je zet acties op om klanten aan te trekken en uw netwerk uit te breiden. Om dit te realiseren, werk je onder andere samen met de externe commerciële adviseurs uit de regio.
- Je zorgt voor een perfect onthaal van de klanten, adviseert over verzekeringsproducten, sluit contracten af, en zorgt voor de administratieve opvolging.
- Je bent een resultaatgerichte, klantgerichte en enthousiaste onderhandelaar met een hogere opleiding en een succesvolle verkoopervaring (bij voorkeur 3-5 jaar ervaring in een commerciële functie binnen de bank- en verzekeringssector).
- Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma in de richting van Verzekeringen/Financiën/Rechten/Boekhouden of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je bent geboren en getogen in de opgegeven regio en vindt steeds de juiste argumenten om mensen te overtuigen en contracten af te sluiten op verschillende niveaus.
- Op een zelfstandige manier een verkoopkantoor naar succes leiden, motiveert jou.
- Je bent ondernemend ingesteld en sociaal. Je legt makkelijk nieuwe contacten en kan rekenen op talrijke relaties in het sociale leven van de regio.
- Je beheerst zeer vlot het Nederlands en je beschikt tevens over een uitstekende kennis van het Frans.
- Je komt terecht in een % Belgische en onafhankelijke groep, van het type coöperatieve en onderlinge, op mensenmaat, waar je snel een impact zal kunnen hebben.
