    Ben jij een ervaren finance professional met sterke analytische vaardigheden? Heb je interesse om naast het cijfermatige ook jouw coachende vaardigheden te benutten. Dan ben je binnen het Finance team van Delhaize aan het juiste adres Als financial controlling manager maak je deel uit van het onmisbare team van business services finance, dat naast in België ook op Europees niveau heel wat leuke collega's kent.

  • Als manager bewaak en coördineer je de financiële rapporteringsprocessen , de closings , en de financiële en statutaire rapporteringen binnen Delhaize België. Je staat garant voor een volledige, accurate en tijdige financiële rapportering en dit in overeenstemming met de lokale en internationale boekhoudregels (BEGAAP, LuxGAAP en IFRS).
  • Je bewaakt de uitvoering van de operationele activiteiten door ons SCC in India.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met je Finance business partner collega's en fungeert voor hen als expert op vlak van accounting en reporting.
  • Je ondersteunt jouw team bij het identificeren en realiseren van procesoptimalisaties binnen jouw functiedomein .
  • Je stuurt een team aan van 3-7 gedreven financial controllers, je motiveert en evalueert ze.
  • Door jouw ervaren managementskills draag je bij tot een efficiënte en effectieve afdelingsstructuur en werkklimaat . Je detecteert de sterktes van jouw teamleden en zorgt ervoor dat al hun competenties juist benut worden en dat de teamdoelen behaald worden.
  • Je maakt deel uit van het Business Services Finance team van Delhaize en rapporteert aan de directeur Business Services Finance.
  • Je behaalde een masterdiploma in Finance of Economie.
  • Je kan minimum 8 jaar relevante werkervaring voorleggen.
  • Je hebt een eerste people management -ervaring opgedaan en je wilt je hierin nog verder ontwikkelen.
  • Jouw uitstekende kennis van IFRS , BEGAAP en interne controleprocedures is up to date.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht, assertief en kan goed om met continue verandering
  • Je hebt sterke financiële vaardigheden .
  • Je communiceert vlot met alle interne en externe stakeholders.
  • Kennis van MS Office en PowerBI is een must, kennis van SAP is een plus.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Engels , naast Nederlands en/of Frans .
