Job Summary:

Performing tests on end products, raw materials, and semi-finished products to guarantee the quality of the products.

Responsibilities:

One of the tasks is to take and distribute samples for quality controls of raw materials, end products and semi-finished products and to archive and manage retention samples, batch records, test results.

You are able to independently organize and perform the necessary test work (chemical, physical / functional, (micro) biological and visual inspections) according to prescribed procedures in such a way that it can be completed within the specified period.

This must be carried out and documented according to the usual GLP/GDP rules.

These results must be administratively processed and assessed against established specifications. For out of spec results, a non-conformity report must be created in the existing ERP system.

You also provide support to the QC senior lab technician in the optimization and preparation of (new) test methods and related equipment.

Profile Description:

A professional bachelor's degree in laboratory techniques (chemistry, microbiology, nutrition, biochemistry, etc.) or similar through experience.
Being able to work independently, quality oriented, with an eye for detail
A first practical experience with quality control of medical equipment is a plus
Practical knowledge of English
