Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us find the best talents for our clients

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of roles within the European Institutions and International Organizations:
  • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
  • Negotiate the salary package/daily rate offered to the consultant while safeguarding the companies financial targets
  • Follow up the contractual process with the Admin team to have the contract ready on time before the consultant's starting date.
  • Identify consultants' needs and delivering relevant training and development programs, liaise on those with the customer.
  • Coaching and providing guidance to consultants.
  • Participate in Call for Tenders by providing profiles matching client's requirements.
  • Represent the company externally in job fairs, networking events and schools
  • Maintain and develop a strong relationship with subcontractors

Qualifications

Background and experience: Proven work experience in the recruitment would be preferable.

Languages: In-depth knowledge of English and French.

Diploma: A degree in Human Resources Management, or a BS/MS in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
