- Ben je in de eerste plaats een people manager die alle activiteiten in de afdeling coördineert.
- Waak je permanent over de veiligheid, kwaliteit en onze klanten met oog voor productiviteit en kosten.
- Creeër en verbeter je standaard processen.
- Ben je verantwoordelijk voor zowel dagelijkse probleem oplossing als voor de continue verbetering (Kaizen). Visueel-werkvloer-management vormt hiervoor een basis.
- Zorg je voor een optimale dagelijkse planning (manpower, machines, uitrusting).
- Coach en ontwikkel je zowel teamleaders en de medewerkers die aan je rapporteren. Je bouwt een gemotiveerd team als sleutel tot succes.
- Ben je de contact persoon naar andere departementen voor projecten en communicatie.
- Je hebt een aantal jaren ervaring in een leidinggevende rol, liefst in een magazijn- of productieomgeving.
- Je bent een echte people manager.
- Je bent flexibel en open minded.
- Je hebt een vlotte kennis van MS Office. Kennis van AS 400 is een plus.
- Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands en het Engels (spreken/schrijven).
- Initiatief neemt om je verder te ontplooien en ontwikkelen.
- Doorzettingsvermogen hebt om uitdagende doelen te verwezenlijken.
- Eerst de feiten checkt vooraleer je beslissingen en aanbevelingen formuleert.
- Sterke planning- en organisatievaardigheden hebt.

We zijn volop bezig met het versterken van onze organisatie om de basisprincipes van Toyota Production System (TPS) verder te integreren in onze logistieke operaties. In deze context zijn we op zoek naar extra Warehouse Supervisors. Je zal deel uitmaken van een team van Warehouse Supervisors en rapporteert direct aan de Warehouse Operations Manager. Je geeft leiding aan gemiddeld 30 magazijn medewerkers en 3 team leaders.
