- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het veilig stellen van de kwaliteit en de voedselveiligheid in de drie plants: Dicogel te Moeskroen, Westfro te Staden en Begro te Ardooie. Je bepaalt het kwaliteitsbeleid (quality assurance) en garandeert de naleving (quality control).
- Je vertaalt de strategie naar concrete projecten om de kwaliteitsbeheersing en garantie continue te optimaliseren. Je bouwt een adequaat kwaliteitsmanagement systeem uit.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de contacten met klanten en leveranciers i.v.m. kwaliteit. Je stelt het behalen van de kwaliteitscertificaten veilig en begeleidt de interne en externe audits.
- Samen met jouw team van kwaliteitsingenieurs QA en QC bepaal je de procedures, processen en kwaliteitsnormen. Je ziet ook toe op een goede toepassing van de lokale quality control voorschriften samen met de Site Quality Control Managers.
- Je bent eindverantwoordelijke voor klachtenbehandeling.
- Je bent een enthousiaste coach voor jouw teams QA en QC.
- Je laat het kwaliteitsbeleid en de food safety visie leven bij alle Dicofoods medewerkers.
- Je maakt deel uit van het directieteam.
- Je hebt een ruime en relevante ervaring in kwaliteitsmanagement in de voedingssector. Je genoot een hogere opleiding in voedings- of biowetenschappen.
- Kennis en ervaring met kwaliteitssystemen (ISO, HACCP, BRC, IFS) zijn een must. Je brengt ook technische kennis m.b.t. food processing en microbiologie mee.
- Je inspireert als sterke people coach jouw teamleden en je kan je vlot aanpassen aan de noden van de verschillende teams.
- Je bent een begeesterende gesprekspartner voor klanten en auditors.
- Je bent flexibel, stressbestendig en weet in crisissituaties het hoofd koel te houden.
- Je houdt ervan om zowel op strategisch, tactisch en operationeel vlak meerwaarde te brengen. Je bent hands-on ingesteld en steekt de handen uit de mouwen waar nodig en nuttig.
- Talenkennis: Nederlands – Engels – Frans. Duits is mooi meegenomen.
