- Staging and deploying network infrastructure, including automation using tools like Ansible, bash, etc.
- Developing and executing testing, staging, shipping, and deployment procedures
- Maintaining and expanding the test environment, involving system administration, network encryption, and computer networks (Linux, Cisco, Fortinet, etc.)
- Creating operational procedures and manuals for clients, such as fail-over/fail-back protocols
- Troubleshooting network-related issues within the lab and based on client requests
- Incident management for clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues
- Conducting market studies to explore alternatives to existing solutions
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch and/or French is a plus
- Willingness to work onsite at the lab in Brussels for multiple days per week
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
- Some experience with network infrastructure deployment and maintenance is a plus
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Ansible and scripting languages like bash is an advantage
- Knowledge of computer networks, including Linux, Cisco, Fortinet, etc.
