Nous recherchons un consultant ambitieux pour notre client dans la région de Diegem Êtes-vous francophone et un professionnel expérimenté en ressources humaines, avec une expertise en recrutement & sélection, en coaching (exécutif) et/ou en évaluations ? Les défis de ce poste :
En tant que consultant (gestionnaire), vous passerez la majeure partie de votre temps à travailler sur des missions de recrutement & sélection pour divers clients du secteur public et privé. Vous chercherez à créer des correspondances durables entre le client et le candidat. Cela nécessitera une approche méticuleuse, allant des entretiens avec les parties prenantes, à l'élaboration de profils, à la rédaction de descriptions de poste convaincantes, jusqu'à la sélection des candidats.
Selon vos préférences, vous aurez également la possibilité de vous spécialiser dans des domaines tels que le coaching (exécutif) ou les évaluations. Dans ce rôle, vous aurez pour défi de développer - et d'améliorer continuellement - les services de recrutement & sélection. Vous travaillerez sur leur évolution, rechercherez activement des opportunités sur le marché et développerez des relations solides avec les clients et les candidats.
Profiel
Votre profil :En tant que consultant (gestionnaire), vous êtes habitué à mener des projets de haut niveau de manière autonome.
Vous êtes doté de compétences en communication et recherchez la collaboration (multidisciplinaire) avec vos collègues.
Vous restez naturellement informé des évolutions (technologiques) dans votre domaine et les appliquez à votre travail.
Vous êtes motivé par le contenu, mais recherchez également de nouvelles opportunités sur le marché.
Vous servirez ainsi d'exemple et de partenaire pour votre équipe.
