- Analyze incidents and problems for clients
- Offer solutions-oriented advice for IT/OT infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, servers, controllers, MES applications)
- Ensure maximum uptime through installation and configuration of software/hardware
- Provide and prepare necessary documentation
- Manage updates and patches for various platforms
- Offer all-round support to end users on-site or via remote support for "OT Shared Services" customers
- Provide technical support to business consultants
- Act as a proactive Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the organization
- Identify opportunities and communicate them to business consultants for follow-up
- You have a professional bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent through experience
- You have at least 2 years of experience in executing IT projects in an industrial environment
- You have experience with and knowledge of/about: Network architectures (configuration of routers, switches, firewalls, ... from well known suppliers such as: Cisco) Software development tools (For example: PowerShell, .NET, Python, PHP) Functional basic knowledge of (industrial) communication protocols (Ethernet, OPC,...) All-round knowledge of Windows based environments (servers, Active Directory, Office ,...) Familiar with virtual environments (Cloud, VMware)
