A leading player in the European mobility and parking management sector, managing over 1000 parking facilities and serving more than 100 million customers annually, is embarking on a significant digital transformation journey.

To bolster this strategic shift towards a more digitally focused operation, they are in search of an experienced Business Analyst.

This crucial role will be filled by a Keystone Solutions consultant, who will join their agile teams and play a pivotal role in the development and execution of their ambitious Automatic Data Validation as a Service (ADVaaS) project.

Project Context:

ADVaaS Initiative:
The ADVaaS project represents a cornerstone in the client's strategy to enhance its operational efficiency and service quality.

This bespoke solution, tailored specifically for the client, aims to revolutionize their approach to parking management by automating revenue management processes, minimizing manual tasks, and ensuring excellence through a sophisticated, custom-developed tool employing technologies like Bonitasoft and Java.

The project's scope encompasses the standardization of business processes across all European sites, employing predictive analytics and strict automation rules to streamline the workflow.

Role & Responsibilities:

As a Business Analyst within this project, and operating as a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will:

Spearhead the requirement definition for system and process improvements, focusing on cost reduction, sustainability enhancement, and business benefit quantification.
Engage in the collaborative creation and refinement of viable specifications and acceptance criteria in anticipation of countrybycountry deployment.
Tailor business analysis methods to the project's unique needs, ensuring technological solutions are perfectly aligned with the client's business objectives.
Undertake feasibility studies, devise highlevel and detailed business models, prepare comprehensive business cases, and manage the solution's development and implementation phases.
Act as a change agent, steering the client and its stakeholders towards embracing and integrating new processes and organizational changes.

Experience & Skills Required:

Solid experience in software engineering and business analysis, with a keen understanding of business analysis approaches and IT security principles.
Proficient in managing change, experienced with nearshore development, delivery, and support teams.
Indepth knowledge of Bonitasoft BPM and SAP S/4 (user level), complemented by a strong foundation in accounting and finance.

Education & Soft Skills:

A minimum of a bachelors degree in computer science or related IT field, with certifications seen as a bonus.
Exceptional analytical skills, capable of evaluating program impacts on business profitability.
Competencies in design, modeling, reporting, and documentation, backed by industry best practices and software systems familiarity.
An active, dynamic, and assertive individual who excels in problemsolving, can work both independently and as part of a team, and is adept at time management.
Outstanding presentation and reportwriting abilities, fluency in English, customercentric, professional, transparent, and positive in mindset.
