Your tasks
- Analyze and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals;
- Conduct business model analysis;
- Analyze and document business processes;
- Model business processes for clarity and efficiency;
- Analyze functional requirements and support the development of business cases;
- Identify and assess risks associated with projects or processes;
- Assist in drafting Business Cases, Vision Documents, Project Charters, and Security Plans;
- Meet with policy officers, understand their needs, and evaluate how the unit can support them;
- Provide business knowledge to support user acceptance testing, system troubleshooting, or incident resolution.
Requirements
- University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 17 years of relevant working experience in IT;
- At least 7 years of specific expertise with business model analysis and modelling;
- At least 7 years of specific expertise with requirement elicitation;
- At least 7 years of specific expertise with BPMN and UML;
- At least 5 years of specific expertise with design of mockups and wireframes with tools like Balsamic;
- At least 5 years of specific expertise design of conceptual data model;
- At least 2 years of specific expertise with SQL statements writing;
- At least 2 years of specific expertise with manual testing;
- At least 2 years of specific expertise with Jira;
- At least 2 years of specific expertise with Atlassian Confluence, including Gliffy diagram;
- Good knowledge of Wiki and collaborative sites;
- Good knowledge of information systems matters;
- Good knowledge of large organisation administrative business processes;
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g. RUP, Agile);
- The following certification would be considered an asset: Business Analyst – BABOK;
- Excellent command of the English language.
