Job Description.


The Construction Manager's mission is to manage the implementation of technical investment projects in collaboration with the project team (electricity, building, process, production, project leader, etc.).

The Construction Manager is responsible for the project execution phase in terms of scheduling, safety, and compliance with legal regulations.

They serve as the interface between the company and various subcontractors.


The search for a new Construction Manager is part of the implementation of several projects for improvements/modifications of existing buildings.

Main Responsibilities.


The Construction Manager is responsible for:
Monitoring the progress of work on the construction site.
Participating in the establishment of the construction schedule in collaboration with the project team and various subcontractors.
Preparing the site(s).
Daily preparation of activities (permits, activity reports, etc.).
Daily monitoring of activities on the ground in compliance with safety regulations.
Coordinating subcontractors.
Identifying any deviations from the specifications.
Ensuring proper communication among various stakeholders through, among other things, site meetings.

About you.

Master's degree in a technical field such as construction, electricity, mechanics, electromechanics.
At least 5 years of professional experience as a construction manager/technical coordinator.
Knowledge of current safety regulations for site management.
Professional experience in a regulated environment is desirable.
Excellent communication skills adapted to different interlocutors.
Rigorous, autonomous, organized, results-oriented, and stress-resistant.
Full professional proficiency in French is required; English proficiency is a plus.
