Johnson & Johnson Technologies (JJT) is seeking an
IT Technical Lead - Employee Health & Wellbeing Technical Product Analyst **in the Employee Health & Well-Being domain within Corporate Business Technology (CBT).

IT Technical Lead will work at the intersection of business & technology that combine a deep understanding of business objectives with technology solutions to overcome challenges and modernize to the latest Employee Health and Wellbeing technology landscape and industry trends.

Position Responsibilities:


In this role you will be accountable for collaborating with Technical and Business Product Owners within Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene segments within Employee Health & Well-Being (EHW), part of Corporate Business Technologies (CBT).


  • A diverse product portfolio, with vision and employee engagement across the EHW ecosystem and its incorporation within Total Rewards, will provide key experiences in improving user experience and identifying alignments across various digital technology platforms.

Required:


  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
  • Experience working with, administering, and/or supporting Electronic Medical Record keeping systems or equivalent platforms.
  • Information Technology experience working in the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) domain.
  • Digital Skills Experience, including but not limited to creating, implementing, and leading digital products and/or digital product support.
  • Excellent written, communication, interpersonal, liaison skills with the ability to work in a multicultural environment and communicate optimally with technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Strong vendor management and collaboration skills in building positive relationships with all team members within J&J and external customers, suppliers, and business.
  • Demonstrable understanding of working in Data Privacy mandated, Compliance and Regulatory environments.
  • Demonstrable understanding of existing digital health and wellness products
  • Experience in leading digital governance and establishing processes in keeping organizations adaptable and agile.
  • Experience bringing together digital requirements and translating them into a digital product vision by using expertise in product development, engineering, and UX.
  • Problem investigations and resolution ability for critical issues by bringing in teams together both internal and external J&J vendors for operational incidents management.
  • Foundational skills in data engineering, cybersecurity, intelligent automation, and emerging technologies.
  • Highly collaborative working style, with demonstrable experience crafting strong multifunctional working relationships, building consensus, and working towards decisions across all levels of management.

Preferred:


  • Experience working in Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene (OH/IH)domains, and experience working in technology platforms supporting (OH/IH).
  • Experience in working as a product owner across multiple projects and business information systems.
  • Experience working in global teams and working with a variety of timezones, regions, and cultures.
  • Passion for employee health & wellness and helping people improve their lives.
  • Knowledge or experience of Global Health systems and services or processes in this space, or equivalent knowledge and product owner skills, are an excellent foundation for this position.
  • A change Agent with a high tolerance for ambiguity.
  • Effective communicator with both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Awareness of technologies used in the industry and by other leading global IT organizations to benchmark and use this information to develop new strategies and recommendations.
