  • Eigenverantwortliches Leiten und Koordinieren von EU/NATO-Funding-Projekten im zivilen Verteidigungsbereich
  • Fach- und divisionsübergreifende Koordination von komplexen und kurzfristigen Projekte
  • Identifikation der für Rheinmetall wichtigen Tätigkeitsbereiche unter Bewertung von Finance und Controlling Aspekten
  • Teilnahme und Nachbearbeitung verschiedener Veranstaltungen
  • Akquirieren von Regional- und Nationalfunding in den EU Mitgliedstaaten im zivilen und Sicherheits- Verteidigungsbereich
    • WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftliches, rechtswissenschaftliches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 10 Jahre Arbeitserfahrung in den Unternehmensbereichen Business Development, Sales, Strategie, Controlling oder Ähnlichem
  • Kenntnisse zu den wichtigsten EU/NATO- Förder- und Beschaffungsprogrammen sowie ein generelles Verständnis der Funktionsweise der EU/NATO-Institutionen wünschenswert
  • Hohe Affinität zu Herausforderungen und zur Gestaltung von Entwicklungen im europäischen und globalen verteidigungsindustriellen Kontext
  • Exzellente analytische Fähigkeiten, proaktives Denken und antizipatorisches Problembewusstsein
  • Sehr gute Englisch- und Französischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil.
