- Je herkent causality-gerelateerde vragen en werkt samen met het team om robuste counterfactuals te maken, of te testen voor causaliteit zodat onze besluiten en recommendaties juist zijn.
- Je synthetiseert complexe inzichten tot eenvoudig te begrijpen en bruikbare aanbevelingen voor de stakeholders
- Je houdt niet van status quo, en gaat op zoek naar nieuwe en betere manieren om business vragen te beantwoorden en data te gebruiken
- Je coacht, inspireert en deelt best practices met andere data experten en teams zodat we allemaal blijven groeien en bijleren.
- Een masterdiploma met Statistiek en Econometrie als belangrijke vakken (zoals Econometrie, Handelsingenieur, Economie, Statistiek, Quantitative Social Sciences of equivalent).
- Een minimum van 3 jaar professionele of academische ervaring als data analyst, data scientist, econometrist of gelijkaardig
- Een zeer goed begrip van counterfactuals en causal inference , en de passie om hier meer over te leren en in de praktijk te brengen
- Robuste kennis van statistische analyse en data mining technieken (classificatie, clustering, regressie, ...)
- Een hands-on mentaliteit om daadwerkelijk in de data te duiken en antwoorden te vinden
- Kennis van een analytische programmeertaal (Python, R...). De wil om Python, Pyspark en SQL te leren indien je dit nog niet beheerst
- Kritisch denken, probleemoplossende en resultaat-gerichte mindset.
- Vloeiend in het Engels. Nederlands/Frans is een pluspunt.
