We are currently looking for a Purchase to Pay Manager for one of our greatest clients, an international logistics company located in Brussels.

Our client is actively looking for a Purchase to Pay Manager to become the key actor in making sure that all purchase to pay processes are operated smoothly.

You will also get the chance to supervise and manage a team of 10 people while making sure that the team stays motivated and stimulated on a daily.

Your focus will be mainly on implementing, automating and digitalizing the purchase to pay procedures and ways of working.

Function:

Manage & motivate 10 staff members, establish team meetings, implement, conduct yearend performance reviews
Refine P2P KPIs
Ensure the team's accuracy in what concerns invoicing
Design and document all P2P processes
Review, update, implement and drive P2P efficiency process improvements
Perform monthend and yearend closings
Respond to ad hoc analysis requests

Profile:

Bachelor in Accounting, Economics degree or Master's degree in Finance
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing endtoend processes. A first experience in Purchase to Pay/Credit and in the supervision of a team are a big plus
You are fluent in Dutch and/or French and English
You are process and solutions oriented and have some skills in project implementation. A first experience in automation and digitalization projects is a big plus
IT minded, you have already worked with ERP systems and softwares
You are known for being a real team player with strong communication skills. You are motivating, positive and flexible manager
