As we continue to expand our operations,
we are looking for a Scrum Master to reinforce our teams in Brussels, Belgium.


You will be responsible for all the communication and collaboration between leadership and team players to ensure a successful outcome.


This key role in the management of information systems requires a strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies, a good coordination of project stakeholders as well as a strong empathy to understand and manage teams.


Key responsabilities:

  • Chairing daily meetings, reviews, demos, and other projectrelated meetings (such as daily standup, sprint review, sprint planning, retrospective).
  • Mentoring teams on Scrum principles and best practices.
  • Assisting team members with their tasks.
  • Facilitating open discussions and resolving potential conflicts.
  • Proactively identifying and resolving problems.
  • Providing assistance and support to the Product Owner regarding the Product Backlog.
  • Monitoring team capacity and velocity for planning and progress purposes.
  • Updating activities in a project management tracking tool and generating reports on the successful implementation of the Scrum methodology within projects.

€ €800.00 per day

  • IT project management: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:
- working permit or visa to stay and work in Belgium (preferred)

Hybrid remote in 1000 Brussel
