We are currently recruiting for an FP&A Manager EMEA for our Electrophysiology divisions within Medical Devices, to be based in our EMEA HQ in Zaventem, Belgium.

The focus of the role clearly lies on the coordination of business partnering with both the regional teams, the EMEA HQ teams and Global HQ.

This includes a deep understanding of latest business developments, ownership of KPIs and numbers, while the forward-looking part of the role should always be present.

The FP&A Manager EMEA will report to the EMEA Controller and s(he) will be mainly responsible for:

Analyzing profitability and developing improvement plans, monitoring KPI tracking for EMEA and key countries, and suggesting actions to close gaps-to-plan
Gathering important commercial data and compiling it into reports business managers can use while enabling them to drive factbased decisionmaking. The predominant focus should be on forwardlooking analysis and risks/opportunities.
Making suggestions to business partners in leveraging technology to improve or automate the rendering of information used by the business unit.
Acting as a trusted business partner at all commercial levels
Demonstrating creative problemsolving skills focused on data deliverables in a way that lays groundwork for future successes.
Working with large, complex data sets to support implementation of data solutions that help predict, improve and measure the success of key business outcomes.
Participating to adhoc projects at management requests.

The required competencies/experiences for this FP&A Manager EMEA role are:

Minimum 7 years' related work experience in a financial planning and/or controlling role
Commercial business acumen
Highly analytical and systemsbased thinking
Be influential
Effective team player within a matric organization design
Proactive and motivated
Fluency in English
Market analysis experience is a plus
