    Notre compagnie compte environ 600 spécialistes IT. Autant de collègues géniaux qui contribuent chaque jour à la (r)évolution technologique dans le monde des assurances. Parmi eux, l'équipe IT Performance Management est responsable des processus à suivre pour les budgets et prévisions et du contrôle des coûts au sein du service IT. Pour renforcer cette équipe, nous recherchons actuellement un(e) Cost Controller.

    Vous définissez les processus à suivre pour déterminer le budget et celui pour connaître l'état d'avancement réel - par rapport au budget.

    Pour mener à bien votre mission, vous vous forgez une connaissance approfondie du domaine pour lequel vous contrôlez les coûts et restez en contact permanent avec son management.

    Mesurer, c'est savoir. Une de vos tâches consiste donc à fournir les KPI nécessaires pour votre domaine, à la demande du management.

    Vous clarifiez ensuite les besoins en matière de reporting, tant auprès du management IT que du business, et vous les convertissez en spécifications pour l'outil de reporting.

    Vous transmettez proactivement des suggestions d'amélioration au management IT.

    Le point de contact pour les clients internes, c'est vous Vous répondez à leurs questions en matière de facturation. Logique, car vous êtes également responsable de la gestion du modèle de distribution qui répercute les coûts informatiques sur les clients internes.

    Vous vous reconnaissez dans ce profil ?

    Vous assimilez particulièrement rapidement les principes et concepts financiers.

    Excel n'a aucun secret pour vous et vous savez à quoi servent SAP, PeopleSoft ou Essbase.

    Travailler de manière structurée, organisée et proactive, tout en restant flexible ? C'est votre portait tout craché

    La communication est un de vos points forts. Vos explications sont toujours claires et convaincantes, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.

    Vous vous débrouillez bien en néerlandais ? Perfect Idem en anglais ? Amazing

    Vous êtes titulaire d'un master en économie, en comptabilité ou dans une filière quantitative (mathématiques, sciences, informatique...) ou vous disposez d'une expérience équivalente. Et ce sujet vous intéresse au plus haut point.

    Vous avez également une expérience des outils financiers ou une connaissance préalable de l'organisation et de ses produits et services dans le domaine informatique ? Qu'attendez-vous pour postuler ?
