The mission of atbtherapeutics is to develop a new class of biologics to treat cancer.

Using its disruptive plant-based technology, 'the atbiofarm', ATBtherapeutics produces a new immunotherapeutics format (antibody-toxin-bioengineered - the atbodies) that intend to redefine the cancer treatment.

Job Summary:

You will use a variety of technologies (e.g., molecular biology, cell culture, recombinant protein production and purification, analytical methods as ELISA) in a team-oriented, result-driven, and innovative research environment.

This will provide an excellent career opportunity for a motivated individual. You will report to and work closely with the preclinical Director.

Duties and responsibilities:

Execute "development projects" by providing technical laboratory support, performing experiments, and participating to analysis and reporting.

Under the supervision of a scientist, you will:
- develop new assays or technics

Perform state of the art cell culture techniques in the field of human cancer cell maintenance (with different culture support: plates, flasks )
Execute manipulations and complete lab procedures according to good documentation practices. This includes data collection and recording
Generate data together with scientific members of the project team
Laboratory support (such as media preparation, equipment maintenance, environmental monitoring, stock management and cleaning)
Be responsible for laboratory orderliness to ensure safety within the premises
Prepare samples intended for inhouse and outside analysis, ensuring proper storage recording and samples management
Write technical documents such as protocols, reports, and operating procedures within the Quality Management System.
Review technical documents for accuracy and thoroughness
Propose solutions and participate in investigations whenever needed

Your profile:

Bachelor or master in cell biology, biotechnology, or other relevant discipline
At least 3 years of experience in cell culture
Demonstrated practical experience in cell culture techniques is a requirement (such as, maintenance of cell lines, cryopreservation, cell counting, media preparation, aseptic techniques)
Experience with flow cytometry/Immunofluorescence/Cellbased assays
Good team spirit and crossfunctional environment
Experience with immune cells is a plus
Knowledge and/or experience of GLP is a plus
Strong communication skills and ability to work within a resultdriven team, problem solving spirit is required
Deliver results and commit to achieve personal challenging objectives
Proactive, fast learner
Selfmotivated and enthusiastic personality
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent knowledge of English both written and verbal
Flexibility and cando attitude/ startup mindset
