- L'accueil et l'accompagnement des artistes ;
- La gestion des travaux administratifs, contractuels et opérationnels liés aux accueils/productions/coproductions/projets réalisés par le département des arts de la scène et labos ;
- L'assistance à la coordination interne des activités, en échange avec les autres départements ;
- L'assistance organisationnelle à la responsable du département et à son équipe ;
- La participation à la mise en œuvre du programme de l'établissement public et à la réalisation de ses missions.
- Formation et au moins deux années d'expérience professionnelle dans la mise en œuvre de projets culturels et artistiques ;
- Maîtrise des aspects administratifs et contractuels inhérents à la production artistique ;
- Intérêt et enthousiasme pour le domaine culturel et artistique, notamment les arts de la scène ;
- Intérêt pour une programmation culturelle envers le jeune public ;
- Sens de la responsabilité, de l'organisation et des priorités ;
- Très grande rigueur administrative ;
- Flexibilité, discrétion et autonomie ;
- Esprit d'initiative et d'équipe, contact humain facile ;
- Disposition à travailler selon des horaires variables, y compris les week-ends, soirées et jours fériés ;
- Bonne maîtrise (lu/écrit/parlé) du français, de l'allemand et de l'anglais ; la maîtrise du luxembourgeois constitue un avantage ;
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques courants.
