Job description and tasks

You will analyze and resolve incidents
You will analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements
You will develop new functionalities
You will run module tests as well as integration tests
You will support acceptance testing as well as incident resolution
You will develop and implement database adjustments
You will perform coding reviews
You will be in charge of monitoring the infra and security tasks required by the various projects, including "Life Cycle Management" activities
You will propose modifications (in line with the budget and deadlines)

What will be your contribution as a developer within the "Ul3" team?

You have a minimum experience of 3 to 5 years in a complex environment of development and IT support.

You have:

A relevant IT degree
Indepth knowledge of VBScript
Knowledge of Oracle Databases (at least knowledge of SQL)
Knowledge of Apache Ant
Knowledge of Windows Server
Indepth knowledge and experience with the Agile Scrum method as well as the tool we use: Atlassian Jira
Strong communication skills allowing you to work with your team members or other departments
Knowledge and affinity with the insurance sector is an asset
A desire to learn and a desire to share your knowledge
English skills are essential (minimum B2) as well as Dutch or French
