The EU Account Digital and eGovernment is a fast growing field of play within EY that is currently looking for experts who have deep expertise and broad experience to build a bridge between business and technology with knowledge and interest in the EU.

We are currently looking to reinforce our team with a Digital Senior Manager
who will focus on Business enablement and Technology delivery.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Work as Technology Senior Manager in the EU Digital team of professionals dedicated to providing IT advisory services to the EU Institutions;
Work on a number of policy areas managed by various DGs and EU Agencies and covering all main areas of the European digital agenda.
Develop and lead new business opportunities in the Digital field
Manage EU projects which include performing digital solutions to the EU Digital Agenda working in/for various DGs and EU Agencies and covering all main areas of the European Digital agenda and EU Main Priorities;
In the capacity of business development, you will lead the preparation of EU tenders and proposals, including technical and financial responsibilities.
Manage project teams;
Collaborate in the EY Digital Strategy definition for the EU Account;
Build relationships with existing and new clients to understand and address their needs.
Manage challenging projects/programs by using project management methodologies
Contribute to ensure sustainable project success
Maintain close relationships with key project stakeholders

Profile

EY is looking for a talented Senior Manager to help clients respond to issues across the European Digital Agenda.
You have a Master Degree and an IT background with strong affinity with business/technology
Proven knowledge and experience in EU projects and EU Digital agenda and Priorities
Minimum eight years overall work experience at European and/or international level after having concluded your studies
Outstanding communication skills (both written and oral) with excellent command of the English language (additional European languages would be an asset);
Entrepreneurial spirit & excellent business development skills
Commitment to support the development of others through taking on coaching and counselling roles for team members
Ability to think strategically, but also identify, develop and implement practical solutions
Strong technical, quantitative and analytical skills and the ability to solve new problems
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Ability to network effectively within large organizations and build relationships with colleagues and clients
Ability to lead new business development by highlighting potential opportunities for new engagements and responding to tenders
