    We are looking for a Test Manager to support the development project teams. The candidate will work within the IT organisation on various medium / large projects, with multiple ones in parallel. In his role, he will check completeness of requirements, define test strategy, describe test scenario to be executed by IT project team, coordinate test execution by the team and prepare test cases to be further automated. Proven knowledge & testing experience within insurance is a must, while IT environment (with COBOL & .Net) is not required but would be useful. The candidate will be working in a dynamic and innovative context. He/she will join a strong team where he can help shape solutions in a critical domain.

    The key missions of the Test Manager are:
    • To evaluate the testing effort and the planning of a project
    • To put in place tests strategies
    • To describe test scenarios redaction
    • To organize Monitoring & Reporting in collaboration with IT projects managers and the business
    • Identify tests to add to the regression patrimony
    • To manage the other type of tests such as: Regression tests and Non-functional tests: Performance tests Security tests Portability tests


    Requirements

    Your profile:
    • 5+ years of experience in test management & test methodology, setting up test strategies of projects, data and environment preparation
    • Excellent knowledge of MS-office Tools
    • Knowledge of the technical application landscape (at least for one domain) and at least 'basic' knowledge about IT platforms, technology solutions, IT (development) standards & software development lifecycle models
    • 'Basic' knowledge about non-functional requirements and software (& hardware) architecture
    • Knowledge of Cobol, DB2, SQL, .Net
    • ALM & UFT tools, VSTS
    • Knowledgeable about business process management, requirements management & engineering
    • Knowledge of Insurance sectors
    • You speak fluent Dutch/French and English.
